Planned Maintenance Co-ordinator
Role
In this full-time role (Monday – Friday 8.00 – 17.00 and a 16.00 finish on a Friday) you’ll plan and manage every aspect of our client’s Planned Preventative Maintenance programs. Working as part of a friendly team, you’ll play an important role in ensuring we continue to maintain our client’s properties, across a wide range of sectors, to the highest standard.
Responsibilities
• Plan and manage the Planned Preventative Maintenance
• Process the PPM paperwork
• Manage the sub-contractors
• Produce a client monthly report
• Update the client CAFAM Systems
• Site asset management
Criteria
• Good organisational skills
• Good time management
• IT skills
• Good telephone manner
• Customer service experience
