We project manage the design, build and installation of sustainable-led MEP services every building needs to operate safely and comfortably.
This includes heating, ventilation and air conditioning; gas, electricity and renewable power supplies; water, drainage and plumbing; lighting; energy management systems; refrigeration; acoustics; and, communications, security and safety systems.
Our focus of attention is always the people who will be using the building.
For example, for the education facilities we deliver, we question how and when each room will be used throughout the day by students and staff and which subjects are being studied.
If it is a hospital, we know services are always in use and there can be no loss of critical power whether that be access doors to reception areas, on wards or in theatres.
With this in mind, our involvement starts at the concept stage, shaping the designs through BIM to make buildings that are not only operational, efficient, comfortable and safe but bespoke to the end user.
We have an extensive record project managing some of the most complex new build and retrofit schemes, calling on our ability to work considerately in live environments and knowledge of how to operate in crowded but limited access sites.
