Specialist mobile phone software introduced by G&H Maintenance to provide clients with real-time updates

G&H Maintenance has introduced the latest mobile phone technology to provide an even higher level of service to clients.

Specialist cloud-based software Joblogic has been installed on the mobile and tablet devices of all G&H Maintenance engineers.

It allows them to access and upload information while on-site and in the field as well as automatically share documentation with head office.

Joblogic also allows engineers to see a building’s maintenance history, asset data, lifecycle registers, certificates, compliance forms, SFG20 and OEM information.

When engineers complete a maintenance visit the client approves the work by signing online and it is then uploaded to the cloud in real-time ensuring site information is immediately up-to-date.

Reports can be sent to clients at the frequency they require such as via automated emails and customised easy to read PDFs that clearly detail the work, reports, photographs, service sheets and asset information in a chronological order.

Director of G&H Maintenance, David Ridsdale, said: “Providing our clients with the best and most efficient service is vital and this is the latest investment we have made.

“It is a common sight to see our engineers in our clients’ buildings working on their tablets but also much more now on mobiles as these are easier and quicker to use.

“As well as giving our engineers instant ease of access to crucial information, it provides an extra layer of security as complete site logbooks are stored in our cloud and can be easily retrieved as part of any disaster recovery operation.”
