Luxury London health group appoints G&H Maintenance to manage six clubs

One of London’s best luxury health groups has appointed G&H Maintenance to manage six clubs in the capital.

Planned preventative and reactive emergency maintenance will be carried out for Third Space at its clubs in Tower Bridge, Soho, Marylebone, Canary Wharf, City and Islington.

Services being provided include a full audit of existing mechanical and electrical equipment such as heating, hot water, ventilation and air conditioning systems.

Full compliance and the issuing of certificates for gas, water hygiene and refrigeration will also be delivered.

G&H Maintenance Director, David Ridsdale, said: “London’s fitness scene has grown significantly in recent years with a record number of people taking up dedicated health regimes.

“Third Space is at the forefront of the capital’s luxury health sector offering some of the most exclusive fitness experiences available along with a complementary nutrition food brand.

“Its facilities are at the cutting edge with studios featuring specialist technologies such as hypoxic chambers allowing members to train in deoxygenated air to replicate the fitness benefits of working out at altitude.

“We have a long history working in London’s health and gym sector and will be using this experience to make sure the facilities operate at their very best at all times to ensure complete member satisfaction.”
