G&H Maintenance to manage eight more Bourne Leisure sites

After managing six Bourne Leisure sites for four years, G&H Maintenance has won a competitive tender to manage eight more.

The new premises being looked after are based in Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and North Wales and includes sports facilities, spas and entertainment sites.

Across all 14 sites, G&H Maintenance will provide pre-planned and reactive maintenance and ensure the compliance of all mechanical and electrical building services.

G&H Maintenance Director, David Ridsdale, said: “We have enjoyed a very successful partnership with Bourne Leisure and we are looking forward to developing it further as we manage eight more sites.

“Central to our success has been creating an asset register outlining the condition of all equipment and delivering cost-effective solutions that in the long-term save money and increase reliability.

“This strategy has seen a 30% reduction in call outs.

“Our ability to manage so many sites across the UK demonstrates the size of our operation and capacity to deliver for large organisations.

“We also have teams of engineers with specialist services for leisure facilities such as spas, swimming pools and associated heating systems.”

Other divisions within the G&H Group have worked for Bourne Leisure with G&H Building Services delivering mechanical and electrical projects and G&H Sustainability installing a Combined Heat and Power unit as part of wider energy efficiency programme to reduce operational costs.
