G&H Maintenance appointed in three-year contract to manage offices in the Bradford district

G&H Maintenance has been appointed to manage two large office complexes in the Bradford district for the next three years.

Planned preventative and reactive emergency maintenance will be carried out at Ambler Mills in Bradford and The Waterfront in Shipley.

The contract with Care Facilities Management was awarded after a competitive tender.

It will see G&H Maintenance provide a range of services including electrical installation condition reports, full compliance and issue certificates for natural gas, water hygiene and refrigeration.

A full audit of existing mechanical and electrical equipment such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning and lighting will also be provided.

G&H Maintenance Director, David Ridsdale (pictured above at The Waterfront), said: “Care Facilities Management is a new client that we are really looking forward to working with.

“Both are large offices with The Waterfront commanding over 52,000 sq ft and how they are maintained is as important as ever during the Covid-19 pandemic.

“Some services are not used as regularly or to the same intensity as before and occupancy levels fluctuate but equipment still has to be ready when needed and fully compliant for safety and insurance purposes.

“We will be using our experience and expertise from managing other offices across the country to ensure the best service is provided at all times.”
