G&H Group opens London office as number of large-scale projects in the capital continues to grow

G&H Group has opened a London office as it continues to win a growing number of high profile schemes in the capital.

The complete mechanical, electrical and public health (MEP) provider, G&H Group has delivered an increasing number of large-scale projects in London and surrounding areas in recent years.

Highlights include the 18-storey Britannia Point residential scheme in Colliers Wood, a 23-storey mixed use project in Croydon and 401 apartments as part of LU2ON Union phase one.

G&H Building Services – one of five integrated divisions in the Group – has a current pipeline of £23 million of works in the south of England.

This includes delivering MEP for 429 new homes and a large car park in Maidenhead town centre, 196 new build apartments in Leyton and leading the MEP at Guildford Station.

G&H Group’s Corsham Street office is in the heart of the historic Old Street giving it a central location to services clients and manage a growing order book.

Senior Contracts Manager at G&H Building Services, Paul Cuss, is overseeing operations in the London office.

He said: “The amount of work we have successfully delivered in London and the south of England generally has continued to grow the past five to seven years and so too has our reputation.

“This has resulted in us securing larger-scale work which in turn requires us to grow our workforce, supply chain networks and have a greater presence on-site to manage the schemes accordingly.

“The London office move is part of our Group’s wider plan of having a more strategic foothold in the south to grow the business even further.”
