Resident Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Role

G&H Group’s successful Maintenance division is actively recruiting a Resident Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to be positioned at a multi-use commercial site in Leeds City Centre.

The successful candidate will be responsible for routine maintenance and repairs to plant equipment across the site.

Responsibilities

• Organise and deliver electrical and mechanical PPM, in-line with an agreed planner.
• Ensure PPM compliance is maintained, and all certification and frequencies are met in-line with the planner.
• Reactive works to be completed in-line with the SLA.
• Deliver great customer service and maintain an excellent working relationship with the client.
• Manage the supervision of subcontractors attending the site.
• Hold a good knowledge of Health & Safety to ensure safe delivery of work.

Criteria

• Completion of a Mechanical or Electrical apprenticeship is desirable.
• Current electrical and mechanical qualifications.
• IOSH Working – desirable
• L8 Training – desirable
